Error Message
When a system error occurs the following error message is shown with a reference number and if a valid E-mail address is shown, then by clicking the send button a notification E-mail message will be sent to the CARM administrators for rectification.
Error Log Viewer
This Function enables CARM administrators to view detail of the error for prioritization and rectification.
· Enter Limit number of log entries to be listed.
· Click Log Files drop down box to show the Log entries up to the limit entered.
· Click the selected log entry to view.
The Log entry shows:
User: Identifies the user experiencing the error occurrence.
I.P. Address: Identifies the terminal/device where the error occurred.
