Assignments
Assignments allow recording other items against a day/person that are not activities or duties.
Usually, they are used to mark personnel as “On Call” or a duty rank such as “Duty Inspector” perhaps during a special event or investigation.
There are 2 stages of creating an Assignment:
· Creating the Assignment Group.
Group relates all like items together.
Select General Maintenance > Assignments
· Click Group drop down.
· Select Click here to insert new group.
· Enter Assignment Group Title.
· Enter Assignment Group Caption.
· Click Insert.
Select General Maintenance > Assignments
· Select Assignment Group from the drop down.
· Select Click here to insert new assignment.
· Enter Assignment Title.
· Enter Assignment Caption
· Enter any additional information in Identifier 1-3 or Indicator 1-3.
· Select “JOIN Indicator?” from the drop down list (Alberta EPS and RCMP K Division)
· Click Insert.
