Viewing notes

·      Click note icon to view notes.  If notes currently exist, the icon will look like.  If notes currently do not exist, the icon will look like. Hover Cursor over the note to see the first line of the note in Duty Planning and Schedule/Roster Enquiries.

Adding notes

Provided a person has the correct access rights:

 

·      Click in the bottom section of the window.

·      Type required notes.

·      Click Submit. Details will be added to top section with creation date, time and user.

 

If notes are cleared (by clicking on Clear), details on date/time and user is retained for audit purposes. This facility has restricted access. Please see the CARM Administrator for further details.

Deleting Notes

When a note is added, the creation date, time and user are stored with the detail. It may be necessary to delete a note e.g. where it has been added to the wrong employee, date or activity.

 

To remove notes, a person needs the correct access. This is usually only granted to supervisor users.

 

This facility clears ALL notes displayed in the selected window. Deleted Notes are not retrievable.

 

Delete a note:

 

·      Open the appropriate Note window e.g. for the date.

·      Select Clear.

 

 

·      Select Click here to confirm that you want to clear the notes.
