Click Show my photo on Home page (or
click on the camera icon 
wherever it is displayed)
· Click Close returns to Home Page.
Uploading a photo
Authorized access to upload and remove photos enables this facility to be used.
· Enter the path (network/local machine and file name) or click Browse and navigate to the location of your stored photo.
· Click Upload Photograph.
Details of the person who uploaded the photograph and date on which this was carried out are added to the page.
Removing a photo
· Click Remove Photograph
