Understanding your Times Availability enquiry results

Colour coding; display works to a traffic light system:

·      Green (Go) indicates the person is fully available on that date.

·      Yellow (Caution) indicates the person is already on an activity on that date, but it is of an equal or lower priority to the one required of them now.

·      Red (Stop) indicates the person already has a commitment on that date and it is of a higher priority to the one required of them now.

Priorities (weightings) are assigned in General Maintenance > Activities.

Other colours: other colours represent other types of day e.g. Pink is usually a Rest Day, Purple is usually a Statutory Holiday. Colours may vary according to each organisations system setup.

New search required? change the selections at any time e.g. to maybe extend the search forward or backwards.

As activities may have different priorities for their confirmed and provisional states, try ticking the Confirmed box to see how that changes the person availability. Click Submit to refresh the display with new criteria.

Details for a day? drill into any underlined cell in the grid to get full details for that day.

e.g. 8th August 2008 in the above example shows
